Information for Presenters

After studying abroad, are you looking for a captive audience to recount your stories? Do you wish for an opportunity to accurately present your home nation, dispel stereotypes about your culture and better inform the greater community about your country? Are you passionate about an international issue and interested in sharing your knowledge? Share your passion for international education with the local community!

Join the program as a classroom presenter and share your knowledge and experiences with kindergarten through 12th grade students in the surrounding area. Presenters are trained to develop interactive and educational presentations suitable for K-12 audiences. You will have fun working with kids as you develop your speaking and teaching skills, and build your resume. Frequency of school visits is determined by your schedule and teacher demand for your presentation. Presenters may be eligible to receive public service hours, payment or academic credit for their participation.

  -  To create an account, please log in with the Account Name "new" and Password "new".  Then select Carolina_Navigators_Database.  After your account has been approved, your email address will become your Account Name.

  -  To review and modify your presenter profile and to submit and revise presentation proposals, log in using your email address as the Account Name and the password you selected.

Training and Orientation
To participate in the program, new presenters must attend a training session. Presenter training is offered once each semester. Our next training session is listed below.
